jacobxu666andClaude 03a72825bb fix(scenic-detail): swiper dots covered by info-card

Add position:relative + z-index:6 to hero-swiper so it sits above
the info-card (z-index:5) which overlaps the bottom 40rpx via
negative margin. Dots are now visible above the overlap zone.
