fix: 修复 HBuilderX 编译报错「缺少编译器模块」

- manifest.json 添加 vueVersion: "3"，使 HBuilderX 正确识别 Vue 3 项目
- 切换包管理器 pnpm → npm（HBuilderX 不兼容 pnpm 的符号链接结构）
